Are you or do you know of a Contributor on Associated Content (AC) that has excellent potential to become prolific? If so, tell us! We want to interview those Contributors!

Soon we will start posting interviews of up-and-coming AC Contributors. We are looking for writers, photographers, videographers, audiographers...anyone who publishes exceptional content on AC.

Interviews will be posted both here and Associated Content to reach a wider audience.

Note that this opportunity is not for Contributors already considered prolific on AC. This is for those doing an awesome job and gaining success fairly quickly. This might be someone well-known in the AC community or someone who has only recently joined.

This is going to be an ongoing project.

Criterion:
1. Must have less than 1 million page views
2. Must be either somewhat unnoticed on AC yet have good content, new with potential, or quickly excelling recently

I would be honored if you would consider me. Most definitely I meet all of your requirements. I'm one of those doing an awesome job and gaining success fairly quickly at AC.

If you do an interview with me I have a lot to share. It will be nice to be interviewed for a change, since I have done that on several occasions in some of my recent articles.

Hi Lyn, I have a blog also Lahipchic.blogspot.com wasn't sure what you were asking for as far as website. I'm not sure whether I'm a prolific writer on AC or not, but I thought,"Heck, I'd love to be interviewed." So I'm giving it a try. I'm close to 10,000 page views but I've been on AC for quite a while. However, my page views have been moving up rapidly in the last few months and that gives me hope. I love writing about people and their businesses, particularly in this struggling economy. Lately, I've determined to throw anything and everything I have at AC and see if it sticks to the wall. I've been learning to look at my page view stats to see which articles peak and flatten out and which article keep generating views over time.
I try to keep up with other AC writers articles particularly ones I've met on Facebook and utilize FB and Twitter to promote myself and others.
Hopefully, you will consider me or at least give me good advice on how I can make an AC list in the future.

Hi --

I am not sure that I fit the "up and coming" label but would be thrilled to be interviewed! I am new to AC -- technically I joined in April of this year but didn't publish an article until July. I only have around 1500 page views, but I am hoping that will increase substantially in the future because I am working harder to promote myself now and am trying to get involved in the AC forums, etc. Thanks so much for your consideration!

I am just starting out as freelancer and more to the point, as a published author on AC. I have had five articles published on AC since I joined on September 28th of this year and only 73 page views (the 5th article hasn't been counted yet, as it was just published a few hours ago). I don't think I qualify, but I am leaving my info just in case there are other opportunities in the future. I very much appreciate the chance for the opportunity that you are giving to people like us. I don't know if I am an up and coming writer on the site, but I think I am doing pretty well. First, I'd like to congratulate you on a well-deserved award! Bravo Zulu, as we used to say in the Navy!

I'd also like to throw my hat in the ring. I am so grateful to AC for the opportunity to be given a "voice" after many years of trying to live by others' expectations. By writing, I am allowed to be myself.

My first year, it's been about starting the process. My goal this year is to reach 500K views, and not quite sure how to get to that point. I don't understand yet all the ins-and-outs of writing, especially online.The opportunity to be interviewed would be an honor to get this year jump-started. Lofty goal, perhaps, but shoot for the stars!
